North Ayrshire Council required a comprehensive upgrade of its council chamber technology to support modern, transparent and efficient decision-making.
The objective was to create an integrated environment that would improve communication, simplify meeting management and enhance public engagement.

Advise

The project began with a detailed review of how the chamber was used by elected members, officers and the public. Discussions focused on accessibility, audio clarity and ease of use.

Plan

A fully integrated AV and conferencing solution was developed around a centralised digital discussion platform, bringing together microphones, voting systems, displays and webcasting.

Deliver

SSUK delivered the complete installation, including conferencing systems, displays, AV infrastructure and integration with the Council's broadcasting platform.
